Daisy found her home - just took a little while for her "mom" to know

Daisy has found her forever home. Turns out it is with Gemma, her foster "mom". Gemma realized that no home would ever be "good" enough for Daisy because it would mean that she won't be with Gemma. We are so happy for Gemma and for Daisy. When it's right, you know it!
